
ABOUT PAOLO POGGI
Paolo Poggi, born in Venice on February 16, 1971, is a former Italian footballer and sports director, best known for his career as a forward. Raised on the island of S. Elena, near the Pier Luigi Penzo stadium, he began his playing career at Venezia, where he showed a strong attachment to the club. He then continued his career in Serie A with Torino, winning the Coppa Italia, and later with Udinese, where he had his best seasons, contributing to their qualification for the UEFA Cup. He also played for Roma, Bari, Piacenza, and Mantova, helping the latter achieve promotion to Serie B. After retiring from football in 2009, returning to Venezia, he embarked on a managerial career, first with Mantova and Udinese, and then back at Venezia as the Head of International Projects. In 2020/2021, he played a key role in Venezia’s return to Serie A, a success he replicated in the following season.

Nicola Marangon, born in Venice on April 14, 1971, is a former Italian footballer and sports director, known for his role as a defender, primarily as a right-back. He played for teams such as Brescia, Verona, Venezia, Treviso, and Mestre, ending his career in 2003. At Venezia, he contributed to the promotion to Serie A in 1999, earning the affection of fans for his seriousness, professionalism, and runs down the wing. After retiring, he focused on studying coaching methodology and the development of young players. He became a key figure in the field, working alongside Mattia Collauto in the Venezia youth sector, where he held roles such as coach for national categories and coordinator for the academy's coaches. In 2022, he coached Robeganese Salzano, continuing his contribution to Veneto football.

ABOUT MATTIA COLLAUTO
Mattia Collauto, born in Venice on November 10, 1973, is a former Italian footballer and sports director, known for his role as a midfielder, primarily as a winger. He began his football career in the youth ranks of Torino, before moving to Como, where he played for siX seasons and won the Coppa Italia Serie C. He also played for Cremonese and Bari, where he spent two seasons in Serie A. In 2004, he returned to Venice, his hometown, where he became captain and a symbol of the team, leading them even during the most challenging times. After retiring in 2012, he took on the role of Head of the Youth Sector and later became the Sporting Director of Venezia. In 2020/2021, he played a key role in Venezia’s return to Serie A after 21 years, a success he replicated the following season, contributing to the highest level of Italian football.
